The client, an internationally recognized British brand with a long history, is undergoing a digital transformation and is looking to hire a Head of Technology to lead this initiative. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategy. This includes creating a technology roadmap to support growth, operational resilience, and digital maturity, as well as overseeing IT and digital enablement.
The Head of Technology will be in charge of designing and implementing a scalable and secure technology architecture, leading ERP and data analytics projects, establishing governance frameworks, and driving innovation through the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have senior IT leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments, a proven track record of delivering complex technology programs, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity and data strategy. They should also possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative leadership style.
This role is based in Essex at the client's head office, with occasional travel to local production sites.
