Managing the complexities of transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance and proper documentation, is a critical part of the role. The position also requires overseeing global corporate income tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns, and managing tax audits and inquiries with both internal resources and external expert support. The role involves setting up and maintaining strong tax governance and control frameworks to mitigate risks, as well as leading tax recoveries for R&D, WHT, and VAT with the support of regional finance teams.
