Description

This client is seeking an executive-level commercial and transformative leader in the telco industry to drive business growth in the Philippines. The role combines overall business leadership with P&L responsibility, with ownership of defining and executing B2C commercial strategy aligned to company growth targets.

The executive will lead growth across sales and distribution channels, manage and develop a high-performing team, and drive partnerships and ecosystem management. Responsibilities also include customer lifecycle management, covering acquisition, onboarding, and retention, along with product, marketing, and brand execution to support commercial outcomes.

The successful applicant will have a background in telco and experience that may include FMCG or fintech exposure with ties to the telco industry, or a consulting background focused on telecommunications. The role typically requires strong cross-functional experience across strategy, product, commercial, and marketing, excellent leadership skills with a proven track record developing leaders, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Ideally, the candidate is Filipino and has knowledge of the Philippines and Southeast Asia telco industry.
