The Head of Schools (HOS) is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for our client, overseeing the management of people, programs, and resources to ensure the fulfillment of the school's mission. The HOS serves as a mentor and empowers principals and administrative staff to carry out their responsibilities effectively, while also ensuring communication and problem-solving happen at the appropriate levels. Reporting to the Operations Team under the Senior Pastor, the HOS collaborates to align our client's goals, culture, and ministry impact with the broader mission of Horizon Church.As a leader within a church ministry, the HOS is expected to actively participate in Horizon Church, modeling spiritual leadership and unity within the community. The HOS works closely with the Operations Team and Senior Pastor to ensure that our client operates in alignment with the values and mission of the church.
