The Head of School will collaborate with the Lead Pastor and School Committee to uphold the mission, purpose, philosophy, and standards set by the School Board of our client. They will oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring it maintains a challenging academic environment while also fostering social awareness and a nurturing atmosphere. Additionally, the HOS will be tasked with implementing the strategic plan of our client, which includes responsibilities such as managing growth, maintaining financial integrity, recruiting and developing staff, promoting the school, and ensuring its long-term sustainability.The successful candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of educational management. They must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Lead Pastor, School Committee, and School Board. The Head of School will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client by driving growth, maintaining financial stability, and ensuring the school's mission and values are upheld.
