The Head of School position involves providing strategic and educational leadership to faculty, staff, and students, reporting directly to the Board of Governors. This role requires developing a contemporary strategic plan while honoring the values and history of the school, inspiring and engaging the Sacred Heart community, and communicating a clear vision for the future. The Head of School will also focus on enhancing educational excellence, promoting 21st-century learning and technology, and fostering exceptional school spirit as the academic leader. Additionally, they will translate the school's strategies into action plans, manage budgets and infrastructure, ensure the school meets its goals, and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives as the administrative leader.In addition to academic and administrative responsibilities, the Head of School will serve as the lead ambassador for the school, promoting and representing the school to various audiences and working towards enrollment and fundraising goals. They will also act as the school's faith leader, embodying the spirit of the school's founder, and serving as an example to the world through their actions. Overall, this role requires a strong commitment to educational excellence, strategic planning, community engagement, and upholding the values and traditions of the school.
