The client is seeking a Head of Sales for their EMEA region, offering a competitive salary with an OTE of 110k. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team focused on generating new business across emerging and enterprise prospects in the EMEA region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue, as well as providing support and coaching to the sales team to help them close deals.

Key responsibilities for the Head of Sales include managing and coaching the sales team to achieve pipeline and revenue goals, being client-facing to build relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with the Executive Vice President and Management team to develop a business plan to exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in digital sales, with 2 years in a sales leadership role, and strong knowledge of retail media, commerce, and search. Experience in developing pipeline in SaaS sales is also required.
