Description

The client is seeking a strong business partner to help build and execute a detailed go-to-market strategy for an innovative oral care product as it moves into production. The role will support the launch of a retail line for both kids and adults across the US and internationally, with a focus on turning strategic objectives into practical implementation.

This position is intended to be a first key employee alongside the partners and involves equity. Responsibilities will include coordinating with the supply chain to support manufacturing, working with sales channels and retail distributors, growing sales channels, researching market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will also require proactively opening doors, visiting accounts, and initiating and managing negotiations with relevant partners to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a resourceful, dynamic approach with experience in consumer goods and typically consumer-facing categories such as CPG or personal care. Requirements include a proven track record in business sales or related market experience, experience with retail distribution and brokers for relevant consumer product categories, strong negotiation skills, the ability to close deals, and solid P&L management. A strategic and hands-on working style is essential, and prior experience in business development, brand leadership, or sales and marketing may be beneficial.
