As Head of Sales IT, you will define and implement the commercial strategy for digital transformation topics within the healthcare sector. After onboarding and familiarization with internal tools and processes, you will lead and manage a team of Sales Specialists and drive business development activities across the group. You will represent the group with key large accounts, qualify opportunities, and articulate and defend a compelling value proposition by combining digital offerings and related commercial arguments.
You will collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to deepen and qualify opportunities, and you will own the business action plan. In coordination with group market managers, you will contribute to account plans and define opportunity mapping. You will manage and handle complex sales matters end-to-end, independently or in coordination with marketing for complex tailor-made offers, engaging with decision-makers and operational stakeholders to advance complex financial and contractual negotiations in line with group direction.
You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, establish accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting, and apply strong business judgment throughout the sales cycle. The role typically suits candidates with a Bac+4/5 background in IT and significant experience leading sales teams in the healthcare sector, along with solid knowledge of the digital ecosystem to leverage client, consulting, technology partner, and prescriber networks. Fluent English is expected, and you will be able to mobilize internal and external resources in a project mode environment while comfortably selling IT and complex solutions involving partners and internal business units.
