Lead a senior commercial role with full P&L accountability for a $175M+ business. You will report to the Managing Director and hold genuine decision-making authority, partnering closely with the broader leadership team while keeping commercial priorities focused on Australia.
Manage and coach a team of 10+ across grocery, pharmacy, and direct-to-consumer channels in a hands-on capacity. Drive sales performance across major retail customers, own ranging strategy and trade investment ROI, and build and protect customer relationships at all levels. Work closely with marketing and brand teams, run regular performance conversations with clear accountability by customer, brand, and month, and manage D2C execution while contributing to overall commercial strategy.
Bring a strong background in consumer packaged goods such as hair care, skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or consumer health, with essential experience in the pharmacy channel. You should have proven senior-level relationship depth with key grocery and pharmacy retailers, a track record of building commercial capability in a team, and a deep understanding of gross-to-net mechanics, trade investment ROI, ranging strategy, and promotional forecasting. You must be comfortable making people decisions and leading accountability, and be able to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and product at a senior level.
