Key responsibilities include building and leading a new business unit dedicated to the sale of surplus, used, and idle industrial machinery from existing supplier networks. the Head of Sales will leverage client and supplier relationships to originate mandates and match machinery supply with buyer demand, and will manage the full sales cycle, including valuation, marketing, negotiation, and deal execution.
The role reports to the CEO and requires strong experience in industrial machinery sales, asset disposal, or secondary equipment markets. the client expects candidates to have an established network across manufacturers, suppliers, or end-users, along with a solid technical understanding of industrial equipment and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
