This role requires expertise in business origination, pipeline development, and crafting proposals for complex client needs in Indonesia and the broader region. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Rewards Advisory, building relationships with C-suite clients and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Duties include overseeing the design and delivery of rewards solutions, collaborating with marketing and commercial teams, enhancing lead generation, representing the firm at industry events, and contributing to publications on market trends.
