The client is seeking a Head of Regional Rewards & Executive Compensation Consulting to lead their practice across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, this role involves overseeing business development, client engagement, and delivery excellence in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally to shape and execute the firm's rewards strategy, while managing a team of consultants and analysts in the region. Responsibilities include leading business origination, serving as a subject matter expert in Exec Comp & Reward Advisory, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance thought leadership.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a center of excellence within a globally respected consulting firm, shaping compensation strategies for leading organizations in the region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Rewards and Executive Compensation, with a strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and client dynamics. They must possess strong commercial acumen, proven leadership experience, and the willingness to travel across the region as needed.
