The Head of Retail Division, Canada will report directly to the Managing Director Canada and will be responsible for overseeing all sales functions within the retail business of our client. This includes driving revenue growth across equipment, software, and services while maintaining strong relationships with key national accounts in the Canadian retail industry. The Director will work closely with sales and service teams to identify new business opportunities, expand within existing accounts, and promote solution-based selling strategies.In addition to leading sales functions, the Director will also play a crucial role in enhancing forecasting, pipeline visibility, commercial discipline, and overall sales capability within the organization. This hands-on commercial leader will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with complex customer organizations in the Canadian retail landscape. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and experience in solution-based selling within the retail industry.
