The client is seeking a Head of Research to take ownership of a qualitative insight function within a senior leadership role. This position offers real scope, including leading a team, shaping capability, and contributing to integrated communications work for globally recognized brands in an environment that blends insight, creativity, and strategy.
As Head of Qualitative Research, you will lead, develop, and expand the qualitative research team (currently small, with plans to grow). You will own and evolve the qualitative research offering, deliver high-quality qualitative work while remaining hands-on as needed, and partner with senior client-facing stakeholders on key relationships. You will also play a central role across major global accounts, introducing new methodologies and innovative approaches, and contribute to new business and capability positioning within a matrix structure across insight, creative, and client teams.
The role calls for a strong qualitative research background and demonstrated client-facing skills, including experience working with large, global brands. You should have proven team leadership or practice-building experience, deep expertise across qualitative methodologies, and commercial awareness with client-facing confidence.
