This senior leadership role will shape and grow a qualitative insight function within an integrated creative and insight environment. The client is investing in its qualitative capability to strengthen its strategic offer and external profile, with close collaboration between insight, strategy, and creative teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for major global brands. The position is expected to provide meaningful influence across qualitative insight, strategy, and creative delivery.
In this role, you will take ownership of the qualitative insight capability, with responsibility for team leadership, research quality, and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing the qualitative insight team (including hiring); owning and evolving the qualitative research offering across key clients; delivering high-quality qualitative research while remaining hands-on as needed; and partnering with senior account, strategy, and creative stakeholders. You will also play an active part on large, complex, and global client accounts, introduce and scale innovative and hybrid qualitative methodologies, and support new business discussions through capability positioning while operating effectively in a matrix structure.
You will bring strong agency or consultancy experience delivering qualitative research, along with deep expertise across a range of qualitative methodologies. The role calls for proven capability to lead and grow a qualitative practice or team, plus experience working with large or global brands in client-facing settings. You should have strong commercial awareness and be confident influencing senior stakeholders, with credibility to operate at a senior leadership level from the start.
