This position involves overseeing end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes, managing digital finance transformations, and providing leadership in cross-functional finance. The successful candidate will drive the P2P strategy by aligning it with global objectives, and spearhead automation and compliance initiatives to optimize financial operations and procurement processes.
As part of the finance leadership team, the Head of Purchase to Pay will offer solutions to enhance spend management, ensure operational control, and advance digital finance transformation efforts. Key responsibilities include improving performance across the P2P cycle, implementing digital initiatives, leading process transformations, and working collaboratively with executive stakeholders and different business units. The role demands strong leadership, expertise in change management, and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders.
To qualify for this role, applicants should possess previous experience in finance operations and global P2P strategies, along with proficiency in SAP S4Hana and ideally SAP Ariba. Experience in digital finance transformation is critical, as well as fluency in both German and English.
