The General Manager will oversee strategic and operational performance across manufacturing and distribution sites, primarily in Victoria and New South Wales. Responsibilities include full P&L oversight, managing revenue, costs, and EBIT. Additionally, the role involves building a high-performing team focused on safety, engagement, and development, while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovation.
