The client is seeking a Head of People to lead global people and culture strategy and help build a high-performance, remote-first work environment. In this role, you will define, implement, and scale HR policies, improve employee experience, and develop talent acquisition strategies in partnership with leadership to support a decentralized workforce.
You will oversee a comprehensive people strategy and culture roadmap, including global recruitment efforts, employer branding, and talent pipelines. You will also implement performance management and career development frameworks, support leadership development, and manage employee relations and HR compliance aligned with applicable global employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilities include designing and optimizing compensation and benefits structures suitable for a remote-first, global organization, leveraging HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and engagement improvements, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through hiring and workplace policies. The role is expected to support remote work across multiple time zones, and qualifications include 5+ years of HR leadership experience with strong knowledge of global employment laws and HR compliance, experience scaling HR in distributed teams, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills; a passion for blockchain and crypto is a plus.
