Description

the client is seeking a leader to oversee end-to-end Learning, employee experience, and organizational culture management. This role will design and implement initiatives that support both technical and competency development, strengthen employee commitment, and enhance overall employee experience. It will also coordinate measurement, analysis, and intervention processes related to learning, workplace climate, change management, and internal communications to ensure sustainable impact and continuous improvement.

the successful candidate will have a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. They should bring advanced knowledge of organizational development strategies and talent management, along with prior experience in leadership roles within Human Resources. Fluency with technological tools and human resources management systems is required, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

the role is expected to involve implementing innovative and sustainable talent programs, with demonstrated experience in People & Culture responsibilities focused on learning, organizational climate, culture, and change management. The candidate will typically have at least five years in People and Culture roles and will be expected to have led cross-functional projects and supported cultural transformation initiatives in medium to large-scale organizations.
