Independent Schools Victoria is looking for a Head of People and Culture to join their leadership team. This role involves partnering with the Chief Executive and Leadership team to lead the strategic people development agenda within ISV. The Head of People and Culture will also provide high-level workforce and employee relations advice to member schools, driving ISV's internal people and culture strategy while supporting schools in areas such as employee relations and workforce transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organisational development, employee relations, and sector-specific challenges, combining strategic vision with operational delivery to ensure ISV is an employer of choice and valued advisor to its members.The successful candidate will be a seasoned People & Culture executive who can lead the strategic people development agenda within ISV. They will work closely with the Chief Executive and Leadership team to drive ISV's internal people and culture strategy, while also providing support and services to member schools in areas such as employee relations and workforce transformation. The Head of People and Culture will play a key role in ensuring ISV is an employer of choice and a trusted advisor to its members, combining strategic vision with operational delivery to drive success in the organization.
