Kick It Out is looking for a Head of Partnerships and Programmes to lead the development of partnerships within football and wider society. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with governing bodies, clubs, sponsors, funders, education providers, and community organizations. They will identify opportunities for collaboration, investment, and income generation while providing strategic leadership across education, talent development, and community programs. The role requires a combination of external influence and organizational leadership to ensure that programs are innovative, sustainable, and capable of delivering measurable, lasting impact.The Head of Partnerships and Programmes will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping the next phase of our client's work.
