Head of Paid Social - Independent Agency - Hybrid Working Model

The client is a global performance media agency that develops high-impact digital strategies across various channels, including Search and Social, for a diverse range of industries. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing paid social strategies across global markets to ensure they meet client objectives related to brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and demand generation. This involves leading the planning and optimization efforts to drive performance throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring that content, format, and targeting strategies align with different funnel stages and business goals.

A key aspect of the job is acting as the primary point of contact within a broader agency ecosystem to align strategies and performance targets across multiple regions, which includes providing direction and governance for local market activations to foster consistency and collaboration. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in paid social advertising, with a strong track record of managing global or multi-market campaigns and expertise in planning and executing full-funnel campaigns. Experience in coordinating with multiple agencies or regional teams across international markets is also essential.
