Maverick Bio is looking for a Head of Operations to oversee various aspects of the organization's operations, including supply chain, logistics, facilities, licensing, and site readiness. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the company through a phase of growth and manufacturing scale-up. The Head of Operations will play a key role in the expansion of clean room capacity and the commissioning of new equipment to support R&D transfer to manufacturing and new product launches.The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and support operational leaders in building capability, implementing KPIs, performance dashboards, and accountability rhythms. Additionally, the Head of Operations will be involved in enterprise risk management, governance, and business continuity planning.
