As the Head of Operations for our client's Defence Services in New Zealand, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple customer projects involving the implementation of SitaWare and IRIS suites, training delivery, technical support, quality assurance, and integration work. You will work closely with your team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Additionally, you will manage the New Zealand delivery team, which includes Business Development and Business Services roles, and collaborate with Defence customers, partners, subcontractors, and international colleagues.In this role, you will lead governance and reporting for the portfolio, contribute to future service offerings, support business development efforts, and enhance the capabilities of the local team. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with customers, providing operational guidance, and ensuring the ongoing sustainment of integration work. Overall, this position combines operational leadership, customer engagement, people management, and business growth, reporting to the VP of Defence Services in Denmark.
