As the Head of Nursing at our client, you will oversee a large academic portfolio with approximately 1,200 learners in nursing programs, supported by a team of 120 staff members and four direct reports. This role requires a combination of strategic vision and operational excellence, as you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the faculty while also demonstrating best practices on the ground.
