The client is seeking a Head of M&A to lead its inorganic growth strategy and support efforts to double the company’s size. This role owns the end-to-end corporate development process for sourcing and executing acquisitions, partnering closely with the CEO and sponsor to align strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will bring eight to 12 total years of experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environments. The role requires strong strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities, with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, evaluate them effectively, and drive acquisition work through completion.
Success in this position also depends on the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the acquisition process, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth coordination across internal and external parties.
