Opportunity Details

The job involves maintaining and repairing life-saving medical equipment, conducting safety inspections, and analyzing complex error patterns to find sustainable technical solutions. This role also includes performing software updates, making technical system adjustments, and serving as a competent contact person for customers in sensitive operational situations. The position requires acting as a technical interface between customers, field service, office service, warehouse, and international manufacturers, as well as being willing to perform regular field work for maintenance, customer visits, and supplier visits. Additionally, there is an opportunity for gradual takeover of the professional management of the service area.
