You will provide medical and scientific leadership, driving excellence, credibility, and compliance across all medical activities. Working as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, you will contribute to key decisions through scientific insight and sound judgment, and you will ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of medical deliverables in line with regulatory, governance, and patient safety requirements. You will also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the medical function’s impact and influence across the organization.
The successful applicant will be a Medical Doctor (or equivalent) with a strong track record in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, combining deep scientific expertise with a solid understanding of the business environment. Experience across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and/or medical leadership functions is expected, along with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and scientific governance. You should be able to navigate complex organizations, build alignment through collaboration and stakeholder management, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with a clear trajectory toward broader medical leadership responsibilities.
