the client is seeking a senior marketing leader to head marketing and growth infrastructure and help build momentum in a complex B2B market. In this role, you will shape how the category is defined, how the brand earns credibility, and how marketing becomes a measurable growth engine through strategic vision, operational rigor, and strong storytelling. You will lead the next phase of the marketing function, guiding strategy, team development, and execution across brand, content, marketing systems, and go-to-market support.
You will architect and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including workflows and reporting foundations to improve visibility, data quality, and alignment with revenue teams. You will inherit and elevate an existing marketing team by creating structure, accountability, and coaching while maintaining agility in a fast-moving environment. You will refine market positioning and messaging for sophisticated technology solutions sold into industrial, manufacturing, and other complex enterprise settings, and build a high-value content engine that supports brand awareness, executive visibility, product storytelling, and sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include partnering with commercial leadership to strengthen funnel design, sales enablement, campaign execution, and feedback loops between marketing and the field, while introducing tools, automation, and process improvements that improve efficiency and support future growth initiatives. You will support product launches, strategic announcements, and other high-priority market moments with clear messaging and polished execution. The client is looking for at least five years of B2B marketing experience, strong experience building and scaling marketing technology and marketing operations, proven ability to market complex offerings to industrial or manufacturing buyers, and demonstrated leadership in developing teams, including stepping into an existing function; hands-on familiarity with CRM, automation, campaign workflows, and performance reporting is expected, along with an execution-oriented mindset that balances strategic priorities with day-to-day delivery.
