Description

The client is seeking a marketing leader to provide strategic, enterprise-wide direction and execution aligned with commercial and corporate growth objectives. This role will define and lead long-term brand vision, positioning, and portfolio architecture across product categories, translating business goals into integrated marketing roadmaps with measurable return on investment. The marketing leader will also serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities include overseeing brand equity development and ensuring consistent messaging across markets and channels, while driving a brand innovation pipeline covering new product launches, renovation strategies, and lifecycle management. The role will optimize product mix and pricing architecture to support profitability and market penetration, and maintain marketing P&L accountability through budget allocation, efficiency optimization, and return on marketing investment. It will partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated commercial plans, identifying new revenue streams, category expansion opportunities, and whitespace market opportunities.

The position also emphasizes consumer and digital excellence through insights, analytics, and segmentation to support customer-centric marketing. The leader will guide digital transformation across performance marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and omnichannel engagement, using data, automation, and marketing technology to improve targeting and personalization. Responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing marketing organization, establishing KPIs and governance frameworks, fostering a culture focused on creativity, accountability, and speed to market, and collaborating with internal teams, regional stakeholders, distributors, agencies, and external partners, including representation of marketing in senior forums such as board discussions and investor presentations. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in marketing leadership, strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, experience creating and implementing marketing strategies, excellent leadership and team management capabilities, data analysis skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
