Description

Head of Marketing will lead the client’s go-to-market efforts through a mainnet launch and beyond. This high-impact, high-autonomy leadership role focuses on building brand awareness, driving ecosystem adoption, and growing community by translating complex infrastructure innovation into compelling narratives for builders, validators, and institutions. The role is well-suited for a technical-first marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is deeply familiar with Web3.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with company OKRs, establishing strong brand positioning and GTM plans, and coordinating with engineering, business development, and product to shape messaging and amplify product launches. You will elevate ecosystem awareness post-mainnet through strategic initiatives and partnerships, lead content strategy across channels (including website, blog, social media, technical documentation, and research), and develop community programs for developers, validators, and institutional participants. Additionally, you will manage relationships with media and ecosystem partners, foster a data-driven marketing culture, and use performance insights to improve campaigns.

You will hire, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team across content, social, and community functions, and oversee marketing operations such as project management, performance tracking, and budget allocation. The role also includes partnering with founders to drive thought leadership and strengthen the public profile of leadership, while ensuring cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints and channels. Required qualifications include 7+ years of marketing experience with 3+ in leadership (preferably in high-growth tech or Web3), strong technical marketing ability to communicate complex blockchain concepts, deep Web3 and crypto ecosystem fluency, experience related to token generation events, and proven cross-functional, execution-oriented, performance-driven decision-making. Experience within the Solana ecosystem and related validator/developer communities, as well as a background in infrastructure or developer tooling, may be considered beneficial.
