The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of X years of progressive marketing experience in leading FMCG, beauty, or personal care companies. They should have a proven track record in brand building, innovation management, digital marketing, and portfolio strategy. Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and engaging cross-functional stakeholders are required, along with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the Thai consumer landscape and retail channels. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is necessary, with an MBA preferred. Fluency in Thai and English is also required for this position.
