the client is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Growth to lead marketing initiatives and drive business expansion. This role will support a globally distributed team while focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth in a blockchain and cryptocurrency context.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with broader business goals, and providing leadership to a team of marketing professionals across content, SEO, SEM, digital campaigns, and event marketing. The role will use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and aim to improve customer lifetime value while lowering customer acquisition costs. It will also enhance and manage brand presence with consistent messaging across all channels.
The head of marketing & growth will collaborate closely with product development, sales, and legal teams to ensure marketing plans are integrated and support company objectives. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred; a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce; strong analytical skills and communication abilities; and desirable experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, along with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
