Seymour College is looking for an experienced Head of Junior Years to lead Prep to Year 6, including OSHC and Vacation Care. This role is a key member of the College Executive, responsible for day-to-day leadership of the Junior Years Campus and shaping the educational, pastoral, and cultural experience for students, staff, and families. Reporting to the Principal, the Head of Junior Years oversees teaching and learning, wellbeing, staff leadership, operations, facilities, and financial management, working collaboratively with the Executive and Junior Years leadership team to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear five-year vision for the Junior Years, aligned with the whole-College strategy. They will work closely with Early Years on transition arrangements and focus on building a strong, cohesive team that upholds high professional standards. The Head of Junior Years will play a central role in the life of the College, ensuring clarity, consistency, and excellence in all aspects of the Junior Years program.
