The Head of Junior School at our client will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the growth and management of the Junior School. This individual will report directly to the Headmaster and be a part of the School Executive, contributing to the strategic direction and overall success of the school. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and collaborative leader who can effectively lead a team and work towards achieving the school's goals.The Head of Junior School will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the educational experience for students, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. This individual will also be tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the Junior School, including overseeing staff, curriculum development, and student welfare.
