The client is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function during a period of transformation and rapid growth. Based in Singapore, this role sits within a complex manufacturing environment with a significant blue-collar workforce. The Head of HR will strengthen people and culture strategies to support long-term business objectives and continued operational excellence, contributing to a high-performing, engaged workplace.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of HR is expected to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, designing and implementing an integrated HR strategy aligned with strategic priorities. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver impactful people solutions across the full HR remit, including talent acquisition and management, organizational development, HR operations, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and leadership development.
A critical focus will be ramping up hiring and workforce planning to support anticipated major growth, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains the right talent. The ideal candidate brings substantial senior HR leadership experience in complex, multinational environments, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings, along with a track record of HR transformation and large-scale recruitment. Experience engaging a diverse workforce, including blue-collar employees, is highly valued, and the successful candidate must be a Singaporean citizen.
