The client is seeking a Head of HR to lead and build a high-performing HR team in Singapore. The role reports directly to the CEO and will be pivotal during a period of operational ramp-up, headcount growth, and capability enhancement, with a focus on strengthening HR operations, driving workforce excellence, and ensuring robust HR delivery.
Responsibilities include leading the HR agenda for operationally intensive sites in Singapore and overseeing end-to-end HR processes. This includes HR operations, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, talent development, and compliance, with a hands-on approach that balances strategic direction with day-to-day execution. The role will also involve partnering closely with senior leaders to provide clear guidance on people matters, performance, and workforce planning.
