This role offers an opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to drive meaningful, long-term impact within the client. You will provide strategic leadership by developing and implementing group-wide HR and administrative strategies aligned with overall business direction, and by serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on matters including talent, culture, succession, and organisational design. You will also lead change initiatives that support growth, transformation, and operational efficiency.
You will oversee the full HR life cycle across the group, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning. The role includes designing and governing compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks, while driving a performance-driven and collaborative culture across business units. You will also ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and HR governance standards across applicable jurisdictions.
In addition to HR, you will lead corporate administration, including facilities, general administration, policies, and internal controls, ensuring consistent administrative standards, processes, and service levels across the group. You will strengthen governance frameworks, HR policies, and risk management practices. The role involves leading and developing a high-performing HR and administration team, partnering with business leaders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions, and managing key external stakeholders such as advisors, regulators, and vendors, while bringing a resilient, credible approach working with senior executives and Boards.
