It works across Asia Pacific with a distributed team and collaborates with philanthropic partners, implementing organisations, technical experts, and regional stakeholders, using approaches such as grantmaking, partnership development, convening, and knowledge-sharing.
As Head of Human Resources, you will help shape the organisation’s next phase of growth by building the people systems and foundations that enable a passionate, globally distributed team to perform at its best. You will serve as a strategic thought partner and hands-on HR leader, designing talent practices, organisational culture, and people strategies that support the organisation’s ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent as it scales, while also bringing operational rigour to HR processes.
Key responsibilities include leading HR operations for a complex, multi-country organisation, developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, documentation, and administrative processes, and partnering closely with leaders across functions and geographies. The role is suited to an experienced people and culture leader who can balance high-level talent strategy with detailed, compliant onboarding and process design, and who is motivated by the climate mission and by strengthening both systems and team support.
