As the Head of HR, the client will lead and develop HR strategies that support business objectives, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and long-term talent needs. The role includes driving talent acquisition efforts and strengthening employer branding, while fostering a positive and productive workplace by addressing employee relations matters and promoting open dialogue to improve engagement and commitment.
The client will ensure effective performance management practices are in place, supporting goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and development planning. The role also involves partnering with leaders to identify, develop, and retain key talent, strengthen leadership capability, and build succession plans for critical roles. In addition, the client will monitor, analyze, and report on key HR metrics to enable data-driven decisions related to workforce trends, performance, and organizational health.
The client will maintain compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies by reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures. The position will support clear, consistent internal communication to strengthen alignment and transparency on key business and HR topics. Qualifications typically include a university degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or a related field, solid experience leading HR within an international sales and/or manufacturing environment, proven talent management and succession planning experience, strong knowledge of labor law and compensation and benefits practices, team leadership experience, familiarity with ERP and HRIS systems, and an excellent command of English.
