As Head of HR, you will shape HR holistically and drive measurable impact across the employee lifecycle with high visibility within the organization. In this key role, you provide strategic leadership and oversee HR transformation initiatives and employee retention efforts, working closely with internal stakeholders to translate relevant people metrics into concrete actions.
You will lead the strategic and operational management of the entire HR function—from recruiting and onboarding through payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, workforce management, and offboarding. You will develop and advance location-spanning HR strategies, processes, and standards, and you will partner with an international HR team to help build Europe-wide projects and HR standards. You will manage and develop a multi-person HR team with responsibilities including on-site payroll and workforce management, and you will advise leadership on labor-law and other people-related topics, serving as a central point of contact for employee representatives across the country.
The role also includes initiating and supporting change and digitalization projects within HR and, where relevant, across other organizational areas. You will analyze HR KPIs and implement improvement measures to support business success, acting as a sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders while advancing organizational development, transformation, and digital enablement. You are expected to bring a degree in personnel management or a comparable qualification, multi-year experience in a senior HR leadership role covering the full employee lifecycle (with internal payroll and workforce management experience as advantageous), strong strategic and operational HR expertise, and demonstrated experience in change and organizational development; you should have excellent German and English skills, strong digital affinity, and a structured, discreet, decision-oriented communication style with a hands-on mindset.
