Description

The client is seeking a Head of HR to lead and build a high-performing HR function in Singapore in support of an operational ramp-up, headcount growth, and capability enhancement. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will strengthen HR operations and drive workforce excellence, ensuring robust HR delivery as the organization builds toward sustained growth. This position will be pivotal in elevating HR and recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and making the HR function future-ready.

Key responsibilities include leading an HR team to oversee the end-to-end HR agenda for Singapore sites in operationally intensive environments. The role will ensure effective execution of core HR processes such as HR operations, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, talent development, and compliance. The HR leader is expected to remain hands-on, balancing strategic HR priorities with day-to-day delivery, and to provide clear guidance to senior leaders on people, performance, and workforce matters.

The ideal profile includes an experienced HR leader with strong operational exposure, supported by experience in a manufacturing sector or other complex industrial environments. Candidates should bring deep capabilities across HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development, along with HR business partner acumen to collaborate closely with senior leadership. Experience leading the HR function and a team is required, and the role will also involve strengthening HR capabilities, improving processes, and developing the HR team to support ongoing growth.
