Reporting directly to the Head of HR Services for APAC and collaborating with regional and global HR leaders, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the KL-based HR team and ensuring operational excellence across the region. Operating within a fast-paced, highly matrixed global framework, this individual should be adept at managing a sizable team, partnering with various HR stakeholders, and aligning with business areas that are experiencing growth and transformation. The role requires navigating complexity, managing risk, and delivering high-quality HR services while promoting collaboration and progression within the client.
A primary responsibility of this role is to manage the delivery of HR services across APAC, focusing on excellence in execution, compliance, and enhancing the employee experience. The chosen candidate will support and may lead global and regional HR transformation initiatives, contributing substantially to the evolution of HR operations and service delivery. With upcoming global projects, the contributions from the APAC division will be critical to the success of the client's HR services and transformation efforts internationally. Therefore, a strong track record in leading HR Services at a global or regional level within a large corporate is essential, along with expertise in HR services delivery, transformation, operations oversight, and compliance management across multiple APAC regions.
