The client is seeking to appoint a Head of HR Business Partners to be based in Singapore.
This newly created role reports directly to the Group Chief People Officer and is crucial in shaping the global HR business partnering strategy for corporate functions such as Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and HR.
Operating within a fast-paced global matrix structure, the successful candidate will lead a globally distributed HR Business Partner (HRBP) team.
The role involves collaborating with senior executives at both group and regional headquarters, aligning with global HR Centres of Excellence to provide consistent and high-quality HR services.
The individual must balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
A critical focus of this role involves driving key HR initiatives, including organizational design, talent and succession planning, workforce strategy, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management.
The appointee will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals, culture, and values, while addressing the varying needs of international markets.
Candidates should have substantial experience in senior HR business partnering positions within global financial services or multinational organizations.
They should demonstrate expertise in collaborating with corporate function leaders at the executive level, managing international HR teams, and developing effective people strategies in complex environments.
