Description

Lead the HR Business Partnering function as a newly created senior leadership role, managing a team of HR Business Partners and driving strategic people change and transformation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will translate people strategy into consistent, high-quality delivery that improves organisational performance, engagement, and capability. As part of the HR senior leadership team, you will shape organisation-wide people priorities and ensure HR Business Partners act as trusted, commercially astute advisors to executive and senior leaders.

Ensure all people activity aligns with organisational values, supports a positive employee experience, and meets relevant UK employment legislation and governance requirements. Provide strategic leadership across HR Business Partnering and set the strategic agenda for Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics, establishing clear direction, standards, and expectations. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you will influence operating models, workforce strategy, and cultural priorities, while maintaining delivery that is robust, consistent, and sustainable across diverse business areas.

Lead, develop, and enable HR Business Partners to operate confidently at executive level, providing pragmatic, insightful advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement, and change. Provide oversight and assurance for complex, high-risk people matters, including employee relations, restructures, and transformation activity. You will be an experienced strategic HR leader within a corporate setting, commercially focused, change-capable, and highly credible with executive stakeholders, with strong judgement and a values-led approach to building high-performing teams and ensuring people practices actively support business success.
