The client is seeking a Head of Growth to lead strategic initiatives in e-commerce and develop innovative business models. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing an investment roadmap at the managerial level, while also overseeing teams responsible for implementing changes. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of key strategic projects, initiating new revenue sources such as subscription models and marketplace platforms, implementing innovative business models like trade-in programs and rental services, supporting digital sales transformation processes, and designing advanced solutions in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in managing strategic projects or digital transformation processes in the e-commerce or retail sector. They should also have experience in innovation, research and development, product innovation, or digital transformation, with the ability to integrate business and technological team competencies. Successful candidates will have a strong track record of delivering tangible business results through projects, knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, experience working with management to prepare and present comprehensive investment plans, and the ability to effectively build, motivate, and develop teams.
