Working closely with the COO of Events, the successful candidate will lead market expansion initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to maximize performance and long-term value.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the growth strategy, identifying new markets, audience segments, and revenue streams, and driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and product innovation. The role will also involve monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to enhance brand positioning, leading post-event reviews to improve attendee and sponsor value, and aligning teams around growth objectives, commercial priorities, and long-term strategy.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field, along with experience in fintech, financial services, events, media, or commercial growth roles.
