North Vector Dynamics is seeking a Head of Growth to develop and implement the company's commercial growth strategy. This executive will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for expanding business development efforts across Canada, North America, Europe, and other international markets. The Head of Growth will focus on identifying strategic opportunities within government and defence markets, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting customer interest into long-term contracts. Additionally, this role will involve developing partnerships with defence primes, OEMs, and technology partners to position the company for success in emerging procurement opportunities.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of driving growth in the defence industry. They will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, while also overseeing existing partnerships and expanding the company's commercial pipeline. The Head of Growth will play a key role in shaping the company's future success by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning North Vector Dynamics as a leader in the defence market.
