As the Head of Group Business Control, you will be a key player in driving performance and strategic decision-making within our client. Working closely with top executives, you will lead a team of five in developing and continuously improving management reporting, enterprise management models, and KPI frameworks. Your role will also involve driving the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.In addition to ensuring the integrity and consistency of financial information across the Group, you will lead financial planning processes, provide forward-looking analysis, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will prepare high-quality decision support materials for Group Management and the Board of Directors, partner with Investor Relations on reports, and serve as the key finance business partner to global Group Functions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coaching and developing the Group Business Control team to foster a high-performance culture and build a strong pipeline of future finance leaders.
